Based on the requirements desired by the owner, designer conceptualize a communal dwelling in this residential complex. Public facilities, such as swimming pool, barbeque area, library and gallery, all organized into one unit of residential compounds. For homes that do not have private pools, public swimming pools are provided with access as if it is in the backyard of each house. Similarly with other public facilities residents need only to walk into the house and direct access. Style of building design takes the concept of building contemporary tropical, wood and natural stone materials are very dominant on the facade of the building, even to the roof of the designer use wood shingle roof. Air circulation in each building be properly addressed by the concept of air can cross sirculation sehinnga bersikulasi maximum. Townhouse dengan konsep tropis modern. Sang pemilik menginginkan setiap unit dari lima unit townhouse ini memiliki layout denah dan luasan bangunan yang berbeda-beda. berdasarkan keingingan tersebut, arsitek mengembangkan konsep penggabungan antara vila peristirahatan dan rumah tinggal. Dengan berdasarkan persyaratan yang diinginkan sang pemilik, perancang mengkonsep hunian yang komunal pada kompleks hunian ini. Fasilitas umum, seperti kolam renang, barbeque area, perpustakaan dan gallery, yang semuanya ditata menjadi satu compound kesatuan dari hunian. Untuk rumah-rumah yang tidak memiliki kolam renang pribadi, disediakan kolam renang umum dengan akses seolah-olah itu ada di halaman belakang setiap rumah. Demikian juga dengan fasilitas umum lainnya penghuni hanya perlu berjalan ke depan rumah dan langsung bisa mengakses. Gaya desain bangunan mengambil konsep bangunan tropis kekinian, material kayu dan batu alam sangat dominan pada fasade bangunan, bahkan untuk atap perancang gunakan atap sirap kayu. Sirkulasi udara pada setiap bangunan benar-benar diperhatikan dengan konsep cross sirculation sehinnga udara bisa bersikulasi maksimal. Dan untuk ceiling di lantai 2 dibuat tinggi dan dinding diatas level ceiling dibuat lubang ventilasi, dengan begitu sirkulasi udara tidak hanya di dalam ruangan tetapi juga diantara atap dan ceiling, sirkulasi seperti itu membuat sejuk ruangan didalamnya.
